Thanks Xavier De Buck. Yes not many agents would cut a feed and effectively give their competitors all the leads in the process, so difficult one to solve. You only have to look at the UK, with agent portal OnTheMarket, to see how difficult it is to get all agents to ‘stand together’. You need to provide a remarkably better and unique product that provides more value for agents.
